About The Pull Request

Secbots now care about you having a weapon if your ID doesn't have ACCESS_WEAPONS.
What jobs have ACCESS_WEAPONS?

Bartender
Bridge Assistant
Detective
Officers
Veteran Advisor
Warden
Any command member minus the CMO

Why It's Good For The Game

Secbots do stuff
