Fauna roll WORST time dilation ever, asked to LEAVE top Z level of Iceland.

About The Pull Request

Fixes the areas of the top Z level of Iceland so Fauna should no longer spawn in order to fix time dilation at an all time FUCK. IDEALLY, we'd just make it 2z, or move the entire mining base down to the second Z level and make a new third Z level, but that feels like a lot of work for a map that was already intended to be temporary, so here's our band-aid solution.

Why It's Good For The Game

We like having our tidi low. In an ideal society this lowers our tidi.

There's nothing wrong with the pr I just want 2 know for certain that fauna actually are causing the problems before we do something like this.
