About The Pull Request

I was playing a character with a forced avatar, and it felt kinda off to have to play without an avatar when asked to or to get some basic resources or whatever.
Soooo I decided to make a bitrunner starter kit parallel to the miner one, but because bitrunners don't have a lot of required gear I just added thematic bits. (like a towel to wipe off the netpod gunk-)
Theeeen I added a few low chance gimmick items cause I thought it'd be funny to get a free meth pen sometimes.

Besides that, I just felt it'd be fun to add some more stuff bitrunners could spend their excess points on, like wheelys or the aforementioned gamer meth pen or gamer pills.
Either way yeah, uh-huh, yeah. Mhm.

Why It's Good For The Game

Kinda sucks to have to do avatarless bitrunning in order to get an avatar if you wanna just join the bitrunner or go ore gathering, so instead hey here you can order a starter kit.
The rest is "cause I thought it'd be funny while writing this pr".
