Note
This is a fully open source and free launcher for Rise
This means that you can use this launcher to play with Rise for free, without paying for it.
This launcher has a built-in auto updater, but when Rise updates they might fix this.
We are trying our best to keep this updated, but we can't guarantee that it will work forever.
(Don't spam us if it doesn't work at the moment.)
Important
You need to have Java 21 (or higher) as your %JAVA_HOME% (default java version) for this to work.
If you don't have Java 21 or JAVA_HOME set, you can download it from here
It will set your %JAVA_HOME% to the correct version automatically.
Caution
You are using this at your own risk.
Please check the Discord server after updates to see if this still works/is safe to use.
Windows 10+ (this currently only works on Windows)- This works on Windows, Linux and MacOS. (Tested on Windows 10/11 and Linux Mint 22. MacOS should work too)
- Java 21+
- Download agent.jar and launcher.jar from the releases page
- Put them in the same directory and run launcher.jar with the following command
java -jar launcher.jar - Enjoy!
- You can use the following launch options:
--no-update- Disables the auto updater for rise incase they patch it--debug-packets- Enables packet debugging for rise backend packets--enable-mc-output- Enables the Minecraft output in the console
- Example:
java -jar launcher.jar --no-update --debug-packets --enable-mc-output
