PR aims to address DYN-7763.
The TuneUp UI previously flickered on medium-complexity graphs due to frequent updates while nodes were being moved between collections. Now, TuneUp uses temporary collections to process the nods during graph execution and the UI only updates after all nodes have executed and graph timings have been calculated.
