… navigation items started a new banner at the top to inform users that their study needs to be put in curation if it has passed validation§
…methods when creating tabs - changed the compiler lib from es2018 to es2019 so that we can use string trim methods, made some changes in the assays components to use these pipes

This was primarily implementing a new filename based navigation tab setup for the assay and maf components. Also included is a banner at the top of the study reminding users that they should change their study status to in curation if they have passed validation.
