Thanks, I have added the libcap package to the prerequisites page.

Regarding generated docs: A docs.rst is automatically found by the nightly documentation build and added to github.io. So, after merging this here, it will work.

(Alternatively, you can have an index.rst in a doc directory inside the module, which is then also automatically used for github.io documentation.)
