This adds a workload to the run.jl script. This is what I am currently trying to work on.

We would still need to forward the parameters of tile and polarisation and so on to the inner function.
This could be done by the ArgParse package and is already commented in the script.

We could also think about removing the for loops so that we only compute it for a single relative orbit and a single year.
