This utility pulls voting data from any DAO contained in https://snapshot.org/#/
Upon request, enter the name of the space as it appears in the url. For example, we would use aave.eth to get data from https://snapshot.org/#/aave.eth
You will also need to provide a folder in your HDD to download the resulting data and chart.
