We already have a nice set of documentation using Sphinx. However, I don't see this getting hosted and developers need to manually build this.
This PR is part of multiple to improve the documentation and it's accessibility. In the first step, we want to make sure the documentation is getting rendered and hosted to emphasis updates to it.
For now, I'm adding the following warning for the readers
