What does this PR do?

Adds my name, removes 2 files with artifacts from my project, and fixes the following tutorial issues on MacOS.

Tutorial 1:
dill >= 0.3.9 and seaborn>=0.13.2 added since they do not automatically download.

Tutorial 3:
"linear_seatpot" line fixed to "linear search space = tpot.config..." and now works

Tutorial 7:
tpot.search_space.pipelines.GraphPipeline switched to tpot.search_space.pipelines.GraphSearchPipeline

Tutorial 8:
removed duplicate population size.
