Add verbose logging to the transactions execution

Description

The aim of this PR is to provide more verbose logging when executing block transactions and logging chain configuration on the node startup.

TODOs:

Changes include

• Bugfix (non-breaking change that solves an issue)
• Hotfix (change that solves an urgent issue, and requires immediate attention)
