When we deeplink to concierge page, it will stuck indefinitely on the splash screen.

@bernhardoj I think the test steps are a bit incorrect, the deeplink for native should still be /r/concierge I think? Also it's possible to deeplink for the desktop app by opening devtools and using something like window.location.href = /r/concierge.
