[No QA] [ESLint] allow ignoring some deprecation errors, apply to ReportUtils

Details

These deprecated warnings were being flagged in all PRs updating the ReportUtils but cannot be fixed as these lines are required. I added allowing ignoring them via // eslint-disable-next-line deprecation/deprecation

Is there a way to get these warnings to fire locally? I tried npm run lint and also npm run lint-changed (after manually changing ReportActionUtils) both on main and this branch, and it passed without errors both times...

Basically I want to make sure this is still getting the errors for usages that you aren't directly suppressing here.

It's not ideal but you have to commit the changes and then run npm run lint-changed, this way you will get an error @dangrous:

You won't see any errors in ReportActionsUtils.ts file, as deprecation warnings are suppressed there
