GLASS is a DHIS2 Web Application to register data for Anti-Microbial Resistance in a DHIS2 instance. This is a custom app that requires in order to properly develop its functionality from the following elements:

  • The DHIS2 metadata for the AMR modules that are required
  • The appropriate information to be deployed in the datastore
  • The custom landing page to be installed in the instance and users to be assigned to the AMR user groups
  • The GLASS DHIS2 standard report to be installed in the instance

Provided all these elements are installed in the DHIS2 instance, the app will implement the functionality of allowing a country user to introduce data for AMR Agg, AMR Individual, AMR Funghi, EGASP modules and AMC.

New in release 1.6.0:

  • Logger library to log recalculation script results
  • Funghi replaced by Fungal
  • Icon and favicon replaced
  • Download all data for individual modules
  • Sample file upload for AMR-I
  • Download button for submitted and calculated data in validation report tab for AMC
  • Calculation script minor fixes
