GLASS is a DHIS2 Web Application to register data for Anti-Microbial Resistance in a DHIS2 instance. This is a custom app that requires in order to properly develop its functionality from the following elements:

• The DHIS2 metadata for the AMR modules that are required
• The appropriate information to be deployed in the datastore
• The custom landing page to be installed in the instance and users to be assigned to the AMR user groups
• The GLASS DHIS2 standard report to be installed in the instance

Provided all these elements are installed in the DHIS2 instance, the app will implement the functionality of allowing a country user to introduce data for AMR Agg, AMR Individual, AMR Funghi and EGASP modules.

• Use new tracker endpoints instead of old ones
• Use shortNames in OUs dropdown and add search field
• Add save draft and cancel buttons to EAR signals
• Add download empty template in EGASP module

Bugfixing

• Fix EGASP consistency checks to take into consideration that events are sent for labs and clinics
• Minor bugfixing
• Improve error messages in EGASP import process
• Make EGASP clinics and labs OUs search to be based on labs and clinics OU groups
• Fix alignment issues in home page cards
• Disable delete signal but for same OU and above
• In case while in EAR module the user change the OU, take the user to home page
