GLASS is a DHIS2 Web Application to register data for Anti-Microbial Resistance in a DHIS2 instance. This is a custom app that requires in order to properly develop its functionality from the following elements:

• The DHIS2 metadata for the AMR modules that are required
• The appropriate information to be deployed in the datastore
• The custom landing page to be installed in the instance and users to be assigned to the AMR user groups
• The GLASS DHIS2 standard report to be installed in the instance

Provided all these elements are installed in the DHIS2 instance, the app will implement the functionality of allowing a country user to introduce data for AMR Agg, AMR Individual, AMR Funghi, EGASP modules and AMC.

• filter program rules by program stage id
• run program rules by code for AMR-F
• if there is an error on dhis data delete, do not delete the file
• Do not calculate AMC when ATC is Z99ZZ99 or combination code is Z99ZZ
• Update GlassATCVersion, change code accoding this and update tests
• Use code always when is an option set and do not use new atc code for aware, am_class, atc2, atc3 and atc4
