Reasoning

Damage Aura - This is an Area of Effect that deals a damage area that will effect all structures & Units in the range.

were not entirely sure about these changes since it's a bit different
All factions get some support preset
but the best thing I could think of so far for cybran was damage aura (cause it would synergy nicely with the cloaking upgrade)
and the cloaking upgrade is kinda unused right now

Damage Aura - Area of Effect of dead????

what it do ? buffs alias unit(damage output buff) or do damege on enemy units nexst to sacu?

interesting idea Damage Aura . but i think it is missing torpedo upgrade, HARMS are expensive and bad now. losing navy as cybrans is the worst, all other factions have long range missiles.
