  • Implementation of XRD reference

@hampusnasstrom and @ka-sarthak, Here the HDF5reference has been implemented. An overview:

  1. Only array data are read from hdf5 files, therefore, no effects on the user provided data from ELN.
  2. Please follow the comments discussoion some quantities are not needed anymore.
  3. I tested it with xrdml file, feel free using other files to test it.

@sherjeelshabih for non-existing path from hdf5 file we are getting error from GUI (error has been attached) which crash the GUI.
Error_for_unavailable_data_path. It would be nice the GUI givs an error massage without crashing the GUI, or?
