Major Changes

This PR attempts to reduce confusion when using our FRDCDataset.

We've

Updated the documentation on how to retrieve data from our FRDCDataset
- Removed mentions of manually extracting segments from image, just use our segments.
Hidden some unnecessary functions in FRDCDataset
Lots of refactoring to make everything cleaner
