The Steam Installer by First-Coder is a console application to install the SteamCMD. The product is available for free.
This tool uses dotnet 6 and can just be started. It´s a single .exe file and don't need any instructions. This tool can also be used on dotnet 3+. It´s just a part of a bigger project and therefoce it´s build in dotnet 6.
