About The Pull Request
These were lost once upon a time. Since Nova's creation these have just been recolored labcoats.
But they were something more. And their worn sprites were even still in the game. Just unused.
Also re-repathed the item back to being a subtype of the /nova/ labcoats because hey.
It's a nova labcoat.
That's where the icon for it is also so it being a subtype gets me the icon the way originally intended

Plus this is designed to LOOK LIKE a hospital gown. It's much better than a recolored labcoat.
