About The Pull Request
Stethoscopes will report "not breathing" or "no pulse" when a target has no heart or lungs, rather than "no heart" and "no lungs".
I also changed the liver and appendix message a bit, I'm not sure these ones make much sense either but I dunno what their alternatives would be.
Why It's Good For The Game
More immersive?
Ultimately I think it's a little weird that you can tell the difference between "not having a heart" and "having a heart that's non-functional" just through sound.
Changelog

del: The Stethoscope no longer tells you if the target is missing a heart or lungs. Now, it will simply say the target is lacking a pulse or not breathing.
