About The Pull Request

What this PR does is adds in salts for the medius instead of them having no salts, since salts are cool. This changes the auxilia and slave heirloom to more lore inclined things, such as if you were a doctor slave or writer or even a tribal. Ontop of that this slightly reworks the funny coma of sugar, so instead of forever on the ground, you pass out then eventually get up so you can atleast get the insulin pills. No one likes having 24 hours of coma.
