About The Pull Request

I've readded a wider variety of ballistic weapons into the game's lootpools, and balanced some others. By adding a greater variety of weapons that were previously just completely removed from the lootpools, there's more options and variety for players to pick out and try out in-game. In terms of the higher tiers, having more weapons to find in the pile also gives a lower chance of getting the same old automatic rifles.

I've also readded niche weapons like the uranium-tipped, microshrapnel, and incendiary ammunition to the crafting menu and the ammolathe. With a wider variety of options to .50 cal, .308, etc, there should also be a greater incentive to utilize semiautomatic weapons.

balance: Consequently reduced the spawn chances of automatic rifles spawning in.
