Describe the issue
List of cleanup steps after initial implementation of QuasiDynamic solvers.

Proposed cleanup

  • Remove duplication between dispJump_n and dispJumpOld
  • Add xml option for explicit method order.
  • Make Explicit time integrator stage tables coefficients constexpr.
