  1. Update hypre to v2.30.0-3-gcf43b1653.
  2. Add script for downloading and packing hypre.

Main updates with the new hypre version:

  • New MGR statistics
  • Added public function to set the maximum number of nonzeros per row for interpolation operators in MGR
  • Added public function to set AMG as F-relaxation at any MGR level.

Fix on hypre is under review: hypre-space/hypre#1009

Hi all, CI is passing and this is ready to be merged.

Note I added a script to facilitate future updates on hypre
