What would you like?

I'd like to have users be able to specify if they need a Zettle for their activity, and for GEWISWEB to send an email to [email protected] of this selection.

Why is this needed?

Currently, people can put in if they want a GEFLITST member to take photos during an activity, and GEFLITST receives notice for this. However, it would be nice if this could also be done for requesting a Zettle, as the treasurer currently does not get notice of this, and it is not immediately clear from the activity.

Per sign-up list or just globally for the activity?

If "globally" we can check whether it fits directly under the Costs field to make it more visible or that is has to go with the other options (GEFLITST, MyFuture, ...).

I would say this fits better under the options, as the board usually knows what it is for, either the activity was budgeted in a certain way, or the it is a board activity such as the GMM.

Besides the Zettle checkbox, I think having a few more options would be a good improvement. In particular I think adding a checkbox for needing facilities from AViCo (outside set/beamer/lights/screens/etc.) and BAC are good additions. It may then also be worth renaming the section from Options to Facilities, as there is only 1 real option, but that is up to you.
