DIGITAL-488

Purpose

This removes the body field from authors, landing pages and topics since they are not used and could lead to confusion for content creators.

Includes the following PRs that must be merged first

Deployment and testing

Local Setup

QA/Testing instructions

  1. Visit an existing author, landing page and topics content node and should not see body field
  2. Create a new content type for author, landing page and topics and should not see body field
