I have been programming for over 10 years. I started with WPF applications, then with Minecraft plugins. Ohhh yes, the 15€ were really worth it back then. Today I speak a few languages and have also gained some experience in electronics.
In 2016/2017 I wrote my first own store system in PHP 7, formerly “Royal-Byte” a small Minecraft plugin and map store.
In 2018 I started my first hosting interface, there is little documentation about it, there are only a few pictures on the net.
The panel ran well, but live updates were only possible via XHR polls.
In 2020, I then decided on a WebSocket solution, but HTTP polling remained and so the user/frontend could choose between the two types.
The hybrid was difficult to implement in combination with PHP, which is why I translated the entire framework to Java in 2021.
The frontend remained the same, I just had to write a system that made it possible to create an HTML website in Java objects.
The new Java framework now provided a driver system which could serialize databases using Java objects and X different database drivers could be installed.
In addition, the integrated web server, SFTP etc. could be replaced by community drivers.
After I could not find any useful support in development, I decided to discontinue the framework in 2022 and switched to the JMIX framework which is based on VAADIN and Spring Boot.
I learned a lot during this time and got to know numerous frameworks such as Laravel, Laminas Framework (formerly Zend Framework).
Unfortunately I had many repositories on Jetbrains' Space platform which was discontinued, I missed to clone these repos to GitHub.
I also got into electronics development in 2020 and developed my own circuit board to make old heaters/thermal systems/ instantaneous water heaters smart or bring them into IoT.
The software was based on BSB-Lan, which was also one of the reasons why I got into Arduino/C++ development.
Final examination winter 2024/2025 in Electronics technician for systems and building technology.
I learned to use Photoshop at an early age, when I had to design graphics for my online store, and I also gained experience in 3D animation in Cinema 4D.
Today I only use Autodesk Fusion360 to create, model and produce CAD drawings.
Working on the PC is just a hobby for me, I prefer to do things with my hands.
That's why I started training as an electrician in 2021.
There is also work on the PC in electrical installations, so I have already gained experience with industrial control systems such as Logo or Eaton Easy SPS.
I have also been able to learn a lot about building automation systems such as KNX.
Sorted by learning date!
