Currently blocked from release by vincent-herlemont/native_db#194, but safe to merge for when working with new databases or manually working around the issue. |

Adds a new version of the ResoluteMod model and code to automatically migrate from old versions.
This is prep work for a few upcoming features, namely #36, #128, and #186.
