Click the Issues tab at the top of the page.
Thoroughly check to make sure the the bug or request you're submitting is not already there. Once you have confirmed that, click the New Issue button.
If you are submitting a bug report, title it [Bug Report] followed by a short descriptive title.
If you are submitting a feature request, title it [Feature Request] followed by a short descriptive title.
Write a description that is detailed enough to paint a clear picture of the problem you would like fixed or the feature you would like implemented.
If it is a bug, be sure to include steps to reproduce the issue.
