Refactored to enable parallel execution:

  • If the user does not provide a results directory, the default directory name is unique.
  • If an output directory is provided, it is used as is rather than inside ClassifyCNV_results.
  • Results and the intermediate files are only stored in the output directory that was provided (or the default directory if none was specified).
