Straighten and unrotate eartubes and relax spring (#48)

* Modify eartube to point less downward into ear canal. This should address Issue #44

* Straighten eartubes in spring

* Only straighten eartubes, not loosen spring

* Looser spring. This should solve Issue #45

* Reduce overhang of spring
