운영 서버에 대한 설정들 추가했습니다.
서브모듈에 대한 설정이라 서브모듈을 확인해 주시면 감사하겠습니다!
이와 함께 flyway를 적용했음에도, 초기 사용자 30명을 추가하는 로직을 지우지 않아 해당 로직은 local에서만 작동하도록 수정했습니다.
이는 추후 dev 서버의 db를 초기화해 테스트를 위한 사용자가 필요하거나 할 때를 위해 로직 자체를 제거하지는 않았습니다.
그리고 운영 서버를 구축하는 과정을 discussion에 남겨두었습니다.
