refactor: remove unused error variants

What's changed and what's your intention?

Remove unused snafu error variants. Rust tool set cannot find them because we implement some methods on them (like status_code()), but they are not actually used. I wrote a Python script scripts/check-snafu.py which can check this case. I also added it to CI check correspondingly.

(Removing those codes is quite interesting. There are so many old gone names 🤣 )
