The GWDG's available LLMs change quickly. This merge request contains two changes:

update to the GWDG models available today (https://chat-ai.academiccloud.de/v1/models)
modification of the JavaScript code for the model change in order to reduce the places that need to be touched when changing the available models.

With this change, DeepSeek is also activated (concerns #99). This change works flawlessly at the University of Potsdam.


          Update the GWDG models to the status as of 12.02.2025.
