Not a huge deal but might be clearer to users to make this change apparent by striking through the previous deadline in the confirmation details, see HackAtUCI/HackUCI-Site#93 for reference.

We've decided to push back apps deadline to Sunday January 12th at 11:59pm. This PR will get merged in on Saturday the 11th at
10am(11am) when the apps deadline getting pushed back is publicly announced (11am).
