tweak: Treated windows are no longer completely immune to ranged damage, but now take 5 percent of the projectiles damage instead.
tweak: The insurrectionist single shot AT rifle no longer pins people to walls, but now penetrates a single tile.
tweak: Human shields have similar facing restrictions to jackal shields.
tweak: Aggressive Blue grabs now only force drop two handed guns, allowing one handed and melee weapons.
