Fix for users that have Spaces or otheer characters in there User Name

The fix assumes that the %AppData% folder is on the C:// so if a user has there's on D:// it does not work

Also, MAke a restore point before using

It's enough and more robust to just quote those strings. For example:

"%appdata%\adb\adb" connect 127.0.0.1:58526
