*Added support for 1.21.4
*Added a version_ui.html which makes it easier to get MCP versions and all Gradle versions' download links. (its written in {html + js} and you may open it using any modern web browsers or a simple web/online compiler through OneCompiler)
The html file was made in mind to fix the issue for obtaining new mcp_version values for build.gradle as it is too hard, as described in the following issue comment: Issue
