###timecalc.py Addition and subtraction of time in the following format hh:mm:ss

Addition: python timecalc.py 00:00:01 + 00:00:02

Subtraction: python timecalc.py 00:00:10 - 00:00:02 or python timecalc.py 00:00:02 - 00:00:10

Both produces the same results.
