CSI+4D Plugins Only

Switched from a full ImageJ build, to one that has plugins only.
From now on updates will be automated by Fiji through connection to http://sites.imagej.net/CSI/

The release binaries are bundled versions of Fiji which will automatically update CSI.

If you already have a version of ImageJ2 installed you can install the plugins by going to Help>Update... (Manage update sites) (Add update site) and filling in the URL http://sites.imagej.net/CSI/

CSI + 4D

Added 4D data visualization and analysis for Pixel Array data.

CSI v1.5.0

This is the last public release before migrating the project to github and the most widely distributed version of CSI.

The Cornell Spectrum Imager v1.5.5 [Mac OSX]

This version is a pre-release intended for testing new features and github distribution and development. With the closure of Google Code, the Cornell Spectrum Imager will likely migrate to github.
