General: data enrichment sample

It would be helpful to have an example of a data enrichment example. For an enrichment, we create a new InTaVia proxy (?) and then attach any new triples to that proxy.

• What conventions to use for those proxies (URIs, Namespace, rdf:type)
• What triples are to be added
