Added flashlight plugin

This is the first release to actually try using the flashlight plugin. No doubt I've overlooked plenty of requirements, but it's my best guess until I can actually try compiling. Subsequent tweaks will be versioned as patches.

First simple prototype

This release does not actually incorporate the flashlight, it is only a very simple beginning framework with HTML and traditional JavaScript. I may or may not even compile it to a native app. It is meant to serve as the foundation for further experimentation.
