This PR adds a config,
transformer_copynet_common.libsonnetthat contains anything shared between the current copynet transformer model. Additionally, it adds a config for each of our models that import and build on this config.Note that this partially solves #71, as it puts the special tokens common to all datasets in the new common config, and provides several dataset-specific configs with their own special tokens already defined. This might be the best we can do, so I may end up closing #70.
