Our releases are mostly fake and this was made to match http://juliadiffeq.org/2019/06/24/coloring.html

So you match version numbers with blog-post titles instead of the other way around?

We missed the 6.5 release because it didn't actually have a change in DifferentialEquations.jl, but instead in all of its component packages. We should've done a dummy release with some increased lower bounds, but we missed it, but it doesn't match anything else so unless we go back and find the versions it doesn't make sense. For 6.6 there is a change. I could make this both 6.5 and 6.6 if you guys really really want, but that seems a little silly.

No its fine, just weird to skip random versions.
