The KDAB DeclarativeWidgets software provides a library and tools for creating QtWidget User Interfaces with QML.
DeclarativeWidgets requires Qt 5.11.0 or above.
Build:
$ mkdir build
$ cd build
$ qmake -r ../declarativewidgets.pro
$ make or nmake (or jom)
Install:
$ make install #into your Qt5 installation. you may need to use sudo
There are three example applications that show how to use the DeclarativeWidgets QML module:
bookstore
, config-editor
and text-editor
.
In addition, there are a number of example QML files in the examples
directory. Run these by
passing the full path to one of the example files as the command line arguments to the runner
target in Qt Creator.
