The Felota Project: Radial Experiment Storage Container Recolor

The Felota Project is an attempt to bring more color to Kerbal Space Program. Using TexturesUnlimited, this mod enables recoloring capability for the single
part in the Radial Experiment Storage Container mod. Now you can paint that part in ways limited only by your imagination. This was the very first part I ever
recolored, it effectively taught me how to make this type of mod (colloquially referred to as TURDs).
