Larvita3 build as-is

This is the most unchanged version of Larvita3 I am providing as a build.
You can run the editor using the .bat file included or by typing script_exec editor into CMD.
Minimum requirement should be Windows XP, but I haven't tested.

Note: Fixed build has been uploaded since I forgot to include a dependency.
